Made from top quality pork, with the addition of salt, herbs and Fortana red wine, stuffed into pork bladder and cured for 12 months. It has a lengthy cooking time, which we saved you the trouble of by marketing the product pre-cooked and vacuum packed. It goes well with potato purée and Scacchetti di Crema Fritta (fried cream squares) and our Fortana Frizzante sparling wine makes a good accompaniment. Directions for best use of the product are provided on the package.
