SPECIALITIES FROM FERRARA

Over the years we have selected producers of the territory that have been distinguished for the quality of their products.
We can offer cold cuts and cheeses (the typical “Salama da sugo” and the “zia ferrarese”), different varieties of home made pasta, “ferrarese” rice, “pecorino” cheese, tomato sauce.

For the sweet flavor lovers we have honey, jams, the donut and the classic “Pampepato Ferrarese” available only in the Christmas time.
From our production we can offer the balsamic vinegar made of Fontana grapes, aged in our cellar, and the “grappa” made of distillation of Fontana grapes.
