Early harvest to preserve acidity and aromas of citrus and fresh fruit.
Second fermentation using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
Average alcohol content: 12%.
Residual sugar: 9–10 g/l.
Serving temperature: 6°C.
Perfect as an aperitif, and excellent paired with shellfish and seafood dishes.
