Cuvèe dell’Abate spumante brut millesimato “sur lies”
Quality sparkling wine obtained from a blend of two white grape varieties from the estate’s vineyard, Sauvignon and Incrocio Manzoni, in varying proportions depending on the vintage.
Harvested early to safeguard acidity and aromas, refermentation “long charmat” method at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees with prolonged rest on fine lees (sur lies) for a period varying between 10-12 months.
Average alcohol content 12 %, residual sugar 6/7 gr./lt.
Serving temperature 6-8 degrees. Ideal as an aperitif and excellent in combination with fish dishes.
