Sparkling wine made by blending the three white grapes from the estate vineyard, Trebbiano, Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni in varying % depending on the vintage.
Harvested early to safeguard acidity and fresh fruit aromas. Charmat method re-fermentation at temp.
Controlled 14 degrees.
Average alcohol content 12 %, average residual sugar 6-7 gr./liter. Serving temperature 6-8 degrees.
Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish dishes.
