Wine made from a selection of red grapes from the estate’s vineyard, in varying percentages depending on the vintage. Vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration, ageing in steel for at least 5 months, with a small portion undergoing a brief period in oak barrels.
Average alcohol content 12.5% Serving temperature 16-18 degrees.
An easy-drinking wine, it is excellent with meat, as an aperitif and with fish dishes and mild cheeses.
